CCF H Building – Heat Transfer Package 2
Background
Cleveland Clinic Hospital – This heat transfer package is designed to retrofit the installation, using a custom design and layout to meet the space constraint. This is the second HTS package built for this location.
System Description
- (2) Thrush TS16 U-Tube Heat Exchanger
- (2) 7.5 HP Paco, series LCS, cast iron, cast iron end-suction pumps
- (2) Thrush TASF-060 6″ Air Separator
- (4) AW TDV Multi-Purpose Valves
- (4) AW SD0604 Suction Diffusers
- (2) Steam control valve assemblies containing: 10 PSIG incoming Steam 5 PSIG to shell
- (1) ¾” steam relief valve
- (5) 4” Glycerin filled gauges with gauge cocks and pigtails 1/3 Assembly:
- (1) 1/3 Assembly 3” Siemens control valve
- (1) 3” Watts model 77SI wye strainer with blowdown
- (2) 3” Milwaukee model F-2885-M rising stem gate valves
- 2/3 Assembly:
- (1) 2/3 Assembly 4” Siemens control valve
- (1) 4” Watts model 77F-DI wye strainer with blowdown
- (2) 4” Milwaukee model F-2885-M rising stem gate valves
- Bypass:
- (1) 4” Milwaukee model F-2981-M globe valves
- Condensate Line:
- (2) 2” Sharpe model 45116 globe valves
- (1) 2” Watts model 77SI wye strainer with blowdown
- (1) 2” Hoffman Float and thermostatic trap model FT030X-8– 30 PSI rated
- Condensate Bypass Line:
- (1) 2” Milwaukee model F-2981-M globe valves Among other components
